Welcome

Welcome to the 2016 MAC Annual Meeting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! The meeting will be held April 27-30 at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center, located in downtown Milwaukee. The hotel is within easy walking distance of numerous attractions with many others a short drive or bus ride away. The program will include a variety of workshops, sessions, tours and other opportunities for networking and education.

Registration Information

Online registration is now closed. Please register on-site at the registration desk. Should you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact the national office at 561-472-0066.

The registration desk at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center will be open on Wednesday, April 27, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; on Thursday and Friday, April 28 and 29, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday, April 30, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Register by Wednesday, March 23, 2016 to receive advance registration rates:

Rates for registration after March 23, 2016:

$95.00 for MAC members
$105.00 for non-members
$60.00 for students

The one-day registration rate is $60.00.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you must cancel your registration for the Annual Meeting or MAC workshops, your written request must be received before March 23, 2016, to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after March 23.

Refunds will be granted for tours or MAC workshops that are cancelled by MAC due to low enrollment or other reasons.

Hotel Information

As of March 28, MAC has filled its room block at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. A very limited number of additional rooms are available at the Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown, which is about six blocks from the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. Contact information for the hotel follows:

You may reserve your room by calling 855-238-6401. Indicate that you are attending the MAC Annual Meeting to receive the discounted room rates. (Note that the hotel website is not yet set up to process MAC reservations; you must call at this time.) The room rates are $192 for a single or double, $202 for a triple, and $212 for a quad. Rates do not include state and local sales tax. Rates are available until April 11.

Vendor Fair and Breaks

Join your colleagues for refreshments and conversation during the scheduled breaks between sessions. You will have opportunities to meet with a variety of archival suppliers and learn about their products and services during the vendor fair to be held on Thursday, April 28, from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, and Friday, April 29, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
